1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ibayar44 platform, including but not limited to the ibayar44 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data, is the intellectual property of ibayar44 or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any ibayar44 content without express written permission. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ibayar44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ibayar44 platform, including losses resulting from:

• System downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service;
• Delays in payment processing by third-party providers;

ibayar44's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

12. Amendments

13. Governing Law
